Worton Hall

The morning at Worton Hall is easy. Located at the edge of the Cotswolds, you are afforded all of its beauty. The beamed cottages, stone walls with a fireplace to hang dresses off are all a two minute walk from the hall. The two ring chandeliers in the Main Hall that hang over are difficult to forget. Once the sun leaves they light up the whole room in a warm glow, so we don’t need extra lighting for the dinner or dancing.

For couple portraits - just outside the building there is a lawn running down to a willow pond with a wooden gazebo next to it. You can’t get much more romantic than that. If however you are short on time, right by the building there are tall hedges, meadowland and rosemary beds. In just ten minutes you can get three different backgrounds.

The courtyard is where we get everyone together and we can shoot down from above. Even if it rains, the gardens still look wonderful with a white umbrella covering you. Often what happens is couples marry at the nearby church and come back for the rest of the day.
