Moore Place Hotel

Arriving at Moore Place, you walk up a red carpet to a porch with white columns on either side. It’s a good spot for the arrival, for the bridal party portraits, and again after dark, when the whole front is lit up.

After a church ceremony nearby, you’ll come back here to celebrate, and you’ll have the place to yourselves, so we can use any corner at any time. Round the back there’s a rockery waterfall and a pond, a sheltered spot with water and greenery that feels quite separate from the formal front, and a white iron garden table nearby for something more relaxed.

If it rains, the open fires and panelled rooms inside make a good backdrop for portraits, and the reception rooms look out over the garden, so the speeches get plenty of daylight.
