Dodford Manor

Dodford Manor has two barns side by side, and your day moves between them. The morning starts in a bright getting-ready room with a big ornate mirror and windows onto the garden, so there’s plenty of space and light for hair, make-up and getting into the dress. You marry in the old stone barn, where the warm honey-coloured walls make a lovely backdrop for the vows, and the confetti comes as you walk back down the aisle together.

Afterwards, everyone gathers outside the barn for the group photo before heading next door to the oak-framed barn for dinner, with views out over the Northamptonshire fields. Later in the evening we’ll take you out onto the lawns for couple portraits. The tall trees catch the low sun, and it’s hard to beat for a few relaxed photos of the two of you.

Once it’s dark, the first dance is on the wooden floor of the oak barn, and if you’d like a sparkler send-off, there’s plenty of room for one out in the grounds.
