Cider Mill Barns

At Cider Mill Barns the ceremony room has a big window behind the celebrant, so it stays bright the whole way through. Then everyone heads out onto the paved terrace, which has a big open oak frame at the far end. That’s where we gather all your guests for one big photo, with the frame behind them.

Beyond the oak frame there are long rows on posts and wires, with grass paths running between them and open Worcestershire fields further out. Two minutes’ walk puts you somewhere that looks like a proper vineyard, which makes a real change from the rest of the day.

Dinner and the dancing are under a white pitched roof with lights strung across it, and the room warms up as soon as the sun has gone. The oak frame is lit in the evening too, so pop back out after dinner while there’s still a bit of blue in the sky.
